Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times
- Spain (domestic): 2–4 business days
- Western Europe (France, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Italy): 4–6 business days
- Ireland & UK: 5–7 business days
- Rest of EU (Portugal, Nordic & Eastern EU countries): 6–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order value.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Delays & Lost Parcels

Customs & Duties
All orders are shipped from within the EU. For deliveries within the EU, no customs duties apply. For deliveries outside the EU, local import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
