Return and refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you need to make a return, we offer a straightforward process in full compliance with European Union consumer rights laws.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Cooling-Off Period)

Under EU regulations, customers ordering from within the European Union have the legal right to cancel or return their order within 14 calendar days of receiving their items without providing a reason.

Once you notify us of your request to return, you have an additional 14 calendar days to ship the package back to us.

Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Items must be in their original, resalable condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

 Trying on clothing for fit and sizing is permitted, but items showing signs of wear, odor, makeup marks, or damage will not qualify for a full refund.

 Original brand tags and labels must remain attached.

 Items must be returned in suitable protective packaging.

Non-returnable items: Customized, bespoke, or personalized garments cannot be returned. For hygiene reasons, swimwear or innerwear with broken or removed hygiene seals are strictly exempt from returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at clubforty.ie@gmail.com.

Once your return request is logged, we will provide you with the correct returns address and detailed dispatch instructions. Please note that items sent back to us without prior notice will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless an item is proven to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly sent, the customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.

Refund Process

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item. If approved:

 A refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your package or receiving proof of return shipment.

 Refunds will include the original purchase price plus standard initial delivery fees paid on the order. Express shipping surcharges above standard delivery are non-refundable.

 Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a few additional business days for the credit to officially post to your account.

Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at clubforty.ie@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue so we can evaluate it and arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

The fastest way to ensure you receive the size or item you want is to return your original item following the instructions above and place a separate purchase for the new item on our store.
